Wellington Street 3
Her first day brings her nothing but joy, as Niomi finds herself hired by the mysterious Wellington Street Historical Society.
As she works and seeks out answers, she discovers that there are terrible truths, about herself and what she really is, that hides a dark reality.
Truths perhaps better left buried.
Things that will call for the end of the world.
Building 8 “The Final Treatment”
““It took all of what I had left to finish cleaning up the blood. I was skittering on the edge for hours at that point, my mind sharp as a razor for what felt like an eternity.”
Building 11 “The Window Display Man”
“Sometimes your body and soul just get restless, and the only way to get yourself back to where you want to be is to venture out into the dark and look around.”
Building 8 “The Interview”
“He can't say his name clearly. The “M” requires lips to say, so the best he can do is a bland “Ichael.””
Building 11 “Rain on My Skin”
“I can feel the rain dancing on the surface of the water. I want to be there, laying with my face facing the bright rain clogged sky and feel the meditation that is the fall of rain on your skin.”
Building 8 “Intensive Care”
“My face looks like a Halloween mask. I scare children. Try not to leave the house except to walk the dog. Try to do that during the night.”
